After you request a booking we will make sure the property is available for the dates you have chosen.
If the dates are available we will advise the cost and ask you to confirm if you wish to make the booking. We will then send your rental contract and Booking Conditions.
To secure the booking, 50% deposit is payable to guarantee your booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Secure payments can be made via Paypal using a credit or debit card. Details of how to pay and your invoice will be sent via email with a direct link to Paypal. Bookings within the UK in sterling can also be made by internet transfer.
Booking is not confirmed until cleared funds are confirmed cleared into our account.
Once we have received your final payment we will send you Arrival Information for your stay.
